Refiner Supply Update
Naini Papers Limited has ordered AFT MaxEdge refiners for PM1 and PM2. Additionally, this investment supports Naini Papers’ Kashipur mill in Uttarakhand, with a focus on paper quality and efficiency.
Naini Papers is an integrated paper manufacturer producing a broad portfolio of writing and printing papers, specialty grades and industrial papers and has continuously invested in modernizing its manufacturing operations.
AFT’s delivery will include four MaxEdge™ double-disc refiners, with two refiners supplied for each paper machine. The new refining systems will support efficient fiber development and provide Naini Papers with modern refining technology for its PM1 and PM2 production lines.

Technical Scope of Supply
AFT delivers AFT MaxEdge four double-disc refiners for Naini Papers’ PM1 and PM2. Two units install on each paper machine. Commissioning and start-up support accompany the project.
The MaxEdge™ refining technology is designed to provide efficient and controlled fiber development while supporting stable operation, energy efficiency and consistent paper quality.
