ECOFARIO launches High-G-Light Line for efficient fiber recovery and process water cleaning

Discover Ecofario’s Next-Gen Hydrocyclone Technology

ECOFARIO launches High-G-Light Line for efficient fiber recovery and process water cleaning. Next-generation hydrocyclone technology combines excellent efficiency, low energy demand and long service life for sustainable paper production.

ECOFARIO has expanded its High-G-Technology portfolio with the launch of the High-G-Light Line, a next-generation hydrocyclone system designed for the efficient cleaning of pulp suspensions and process water in the pulp and paper industry. Developed for both new installations and retrofits, the system achieves a drastic reduction in fiber losses and ensures precise removal of light contaminants such as stickies, wax and styrofoam, as well as spinning components.

At the heart of the High-G-Light Line is ECOFARIO’s advanced hydrocyclone design, which ensures precise and stable flow patterns even under variable process conditions. The result is maximum efficiency with minimal fiber thickening and excellent separation performance. The technology’s high selectivity, low clogging tendency and exceptional wear resistance set new standards for reliability and process optimization in fiber recovery.

The High-G-Light Line can be used flexibly across stock preparation, approach flow and reject treatment systems. It can operate as a standalone tail stage or as part of a multi-stage cascade in full-flow operation. This modular design ensures high adaptability to changing paper grades and raw materials, guaranteeing consistently high performance and process stability.

Built with durable materials – stainless steel 1.4404 or PE-UHMW – the High-G-Light Line is engineered for longevity, supporting operating pressures up to 8 bar and temperatures up to 95 °C. The system’s low specific energy consumption and minimal maintenance requirements result in optimized CO₂ performance and a fast return on investment. Individually adjustable flow rates and reject ratios further enhance its efficiency, making it a clear win for both environmental sustainability and economic performance.
