JMC PAPER TECH. PVT. LTD are pleased to announce that they have received the order for a 200 TPD High BF Kraft paper plant for Nioni Paper. The new plant will be located at Halvad in Morbi District, Gujarat.

Nioni Paper accessed several Paper Machine Manufacturers before selecting JMC Paper Tech. to supply a High BF Kraft Paper, Fluting & Test Linear Machine with a deckle of 4100 mm.

The machine is designed to run at a speed of 360 MPM (operating speed is 320 MPM). The raw material used will be OCC, NDLKC, and KCC. The company intends to upgrade the machine to top wire as a part of planned future expansion and the estimated cost of the project is INR 50 crore approx. $6,754,315.00 US Dollars.

JMC Paper Tech. will supply a partial pulp mill section, a complete paper machine section along with other necessary finishing equipment including all electrifications, boilers, pumps, and sundries. The plant’s erection and installation is now well under way and Nioni Paper expects to go for commercial production from July 2021. JMC Paper Tech. will also provide all technical supervision and project management.

Before stepping into the paper industry, Nioni Paper’s management team was involved in the business of spinning industry for woolen yarns. The Director In-charge at Nioni Paper Mill is Mr. Manoj Patel who will oversee the company’s workforce of around 200 skilled and unskilled personnel.
