Wefapress will proceed after setback and plans new and modern production site

The market leader for highly wear resistant engineering plastics to the international pulp and paper industry thankfully announces that nobody got hurt from the fire and that the family owned business, founded in 1895, has vowed to rebuild the production building quickly and more modern than before.

Right now the crisis management is organizing to get the remaining production capacity running with 24/7 shift work in order to serve all customers as soon as possible.

Wefapress informs that the production of turned parts like headbox diffusor inserts and injector nozzles for deinking cells as well as the production of suction roll sealing strips in rubber graphite is running normally. Also the production of UHMW-PE dewatering elements up to 6 meter length can proceed.

In order to expand the production capacity quickly, Wefapress is urgently looking for brand new, as well as used, CNC-Milling Machines with up to 12 meter working length.
