Runtech Systems delivers a RunEco vacuum system to Canan Kagit Sanayi ve Ticaret AS in Mersin, Türkiye. The delivery to PM1 includes two EP600 Turbo Blowers with EcoDrop water separator, a low vacuum blower and EcoFlow dewatering measurements with six measurement points for vacuum system optimization. RunEco system will provide the needed vacuum capacity for the company’s new paper machine in Tarsus site. The announced PM1 will produce MG (machine glazed) paper.

RunEco vacuum system is developed specially to consider the challenges and demands related to the dewatering and runnability of paper machines. RunEco EP Turbo Blowers are designed to operate efficiently across a wide range of vacuum levels and air flows. The EP Turbo unit includes an integrated high-speed drive, which eliminates the need for a gearbox or coupling. Rotation speed and vacuum level can be adjusted according to the process requirements. EP Turbo Blower operates totally water free.
EcoDrop water separator separates water, fiber and fines ensuring reliable and efficient vacuum generation. EcoFlow dewatering measurement provides accurate real-time feedback about the dewatering performance along the paper machine which can be used to optimize dewatering and vacuum levels in the forming and press sections.
