ECOFARIO`s advanced separation technology reduces fiber losses by at least 40% in OCC and DIP fine reject streams. The High-G Combi-Line enables efficient fine reject treatment and significant fiber loss reduction

ECOFARIO’s High-G Combi-Line is designed to treat complex fine reject streams in paper production while enabling efficient recovery of valuable fibers. The system combines advanced separation principles with a modular process design, allowing mills to optimize reject handling while maintaining stable process conditions.
The High-G Combi-Line can process multiple complex fine reject fractions to ensure targeted simultaneous separation of light and heavy contaminants such as plastics, stickies, wax, Splinters, sand, and spinning contaminants. At the same time, valuable fibers remain in suspension and can be efficiently returned to the process. In typical applications such as OCC and DIP stock preparations or approach flows, fiber losses in fine reject streams can be reduced by at least 40 percent.
Thanks to its optimized flow patterns and defined flow reversal, the technology achieves high selectivity with minimal fiber thickening. The modular plug-and-play configuration allows flexible integration into existing process layouts, making the system suitable for both retrofits and new installations.
In addition to improving fiber yield, the High-G Combi-Line supports stable operation across a wide range of consistencies and flow rates. Low specific energy consumption according to the highest standards and extraordinary wear resistance contribute to long service life and reliable performance under harsh industrial conditions.
By combining efficient contaminant removal with significant fiber recovery, the High-G Combi-Line represents a robust solution for mills aiming to increase resource efficiency and reduce raw material losses in fine reject treatment with minimum associated Capex and Opex.
