This innovative partner solution merges IoT-MFG’s sensors and analytics platform for controlling effluent solid levels, with Radix’ AI technology solutions and intelligence. Together they deliver HMI dashboards that holistically identify root causes and locations of deviation.
The solution tracks and measures multiple sensors and components for COD/BOD, chemical traces, and metals, ensuring a complete data picture of the Mill’s environmental health. It will monitor all the mill’s process sewers, and clarifiers all the way to the pond or river. It reports in real-time if each section of the Mill is compliant, and what is causing any non-compliance.
