Hinojosa will attend the next Conxemar exhibition from 5th to 7th October in Vigo where they will present on-site sustainable packaging solutions for the fishing industry. The proposals will focus on solutions that allow the reduction or elimination of single-use plastics and prolong shelf life to avoid food waste.

At stand F17, Hinojosa’s experts will advise producers and brands on ideal sustainable alternatives for their packaging.
Halopack Octogonal: the new addition to the 360 Green Packaging range for seafood.

There will be a designated area for the 360 Green Packaging range of primary packaging at the Group’s stand. The new Halopack® Octogonal design is a key innovation, engineered for fresh products such as sliced salmon, hake loins, and prepared fish, etc. This design eliminates single-use plastic by up to 75%. Hinojosa is the exclusive manufacturer of this packaging design for Spain and Portugal.

Along with Halopack Octogonal, the Cartoskin and Hiliner systems will complete the 360 Green Packaging range at this exhibition.

100% recyclable alternatives to porex Sumbox and Freshbox are Hinojosa’s sustainable alternatives to porex for seafood. 100% recyclable and disposable (in the blue container), both systems are airtight, waterproof, and ideal for transporting ice and frozen products. A wide variety of special designs such as boxes for frozen langoustines, wild fish, aquaculture, and preserves will complete Hinojosa’s portfolio of solutions at Conxemar.

All packaging can be customized with business brand imaging. For this purpose, Hinojosa has cutting-edge technology for all types of printing techniques and specialists to advise companies on the best solutions for their products.
