ECOFARIO has completed the delivery of a new High-G-Combi Line to an international Containerboard producer, marking another milestone in the deployment of next-generation hydrocyclone systems for the paper industry. Designed for demanding OCC reject streams, the installation will operate at capacities of up to 40 m³ per hour, providing a highly efficient solution for fiber recovery rates above 60%.
The High-G-Combi Line is engineered to significantly reduce fiber losses in OCC stock preparation by effectively separating light and heavy contaminants from complex reject flows. Through ECOFARIO’s advanced double two-stage High-G-Technology, the system achieves maximum selectivity and stable separation performance, even under variable process conditions.
A key advantage for the customer is the system’s ability to recover valuable fibers without affecting machine stability or product quality. The robust design — featuring stainless steel components — ensures long service life, low maintenance effort and reliable operation.
